Terms and Conditions for Hookah Catering Services

By hiring our Services, you release us from any liability associated with your event.

We have no obligation or association with the organization, conduct, or any other services or products you might use in conjunction with our Services.
7. Right of Refusal We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our agreement without refunding the deposit if:
We believe there is a misrepresentation of age or any other pertinent details.
The environment or conditions at the event location are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our Services.
Any behavior or action by the client or attendees is inappropriate, threatening, or illegal.
8. Compliance with Laws You are solely responsible for ensuring your event complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, the legal use of hookah and the consumption of tobacco products.
